  1. Exchange Eligibility
    • Only exchanges are offered — we do not accept returns.
    • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
    • Items must be:
    1. Unused, unwashed, and unworn
    2. Returned in original packaging with tags/labels intact
    3. In perfect, resellable condition
  2. Exchange Guidelines
    • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
    • If your preferred size/item is unavailable, you can choose between:

    • Waiting until the product is restocked.
    • Size or fitting issues are not eligible for exchange. Please check our size chart before placing your order.
  3. Shipping & Delivery
    • Standard delivery timeline: 7–10 business days.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges and re-delivery.
    • If you receive a wrong or defective item, Endcloset will cover the shipping charges.
    • Exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days business days.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
